Watching the cashier handle cash and cards without a glove then going to the kitchen to help pour beans to go and touching food item utensils without gloves again and not sanitizing. I order 12 piece meal in the drive-thru. The cashier Carissa was not paying attention, she was busy talking to another employee, had to repeat my order 3 times, then I waited 30 min to get my order and when I ask for some utensils, Carissa said “you have to wait because we are really busy” when I arrived home I got hard skin burned chicken and the mashed potato was like dough. Terrible service and the food as well.
