The food was out of this world, absolutely mind blowing. Shrimp and grits is on so many menus but don’t skip this one if it’s around while you’re there. The sweetest, freshest shrimp I’ve had probably ever. The polenta cake was crispy on the outside but smooth, rich and almost fluffy on the inside. Apps were perfect too, local ocean city tuna so soft and fresh I could have cried. I cannot wait to go back.

My husband and I appreciate that the menu this year is still outstanding but much more approachable. It was hard to choose as everything looked incredibly appealing. We ended up sharing a beet salad which was large and outstanding. My husband said the tuna was maybe the best he had ever had. My shrimp was delicious…but oh the polenta and sauce ! Amazing. Have already made reservations to return!

We came here for my 30th birthday and we couldn’t have been more impressed! We’re from Middlesex so it was barely a 7 minute drive from South Bethany. I’m so, so glad we found One Coastal. The manager/host was incredibly lovely and brought us complimentary champagne when she knew it was a birthday. (I feel just awful I can’t remember her name). Amber our waitress was wonderful. We got the flank steak and cacio e pepe and both were amazing. The gin cocktail was incredible and we ended our meal with espresso martinis that were perfect. The food, staff and vibe was perfect and We cannot Wait to come back with our family! Was lovely to feel special on my birthday. So nice to have such a gem nearby!!!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here this week. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food was DELICIOUS, unique, and fresh. The staff was kind and welcoming and made our evening special. We told the chef how amazing he did and that we cannot wait to come back! We enjoyed the salads, chicken and biscuits, flank steak, catfish, and all 3 seasonal desserts … Every single dish was phenomenal!

Hard to find a better restaurant in the area. My wife and I really do a lot of traveling and love to experience good quality restaurants. One coastal is certainly one of our favorites (not just locally). Every time we’re in the area we make a point to stop. The staff here is incredible. They make what is already amazing food, even better. Highly recommend for your beach date night.

My family and I ate here during our vacation and loved every minute of the experience. The hostess was friendly and accommodating, the bartenders we interacted with while waiting for our table (we arrived very early) were friendly and attentive. I got the mezcal negroni (kind of a white negroni) which was excellent; my brother got the smoked fashion and loved it. They were able to seat us outdoors well ahead of our dining time – the sun was just setting so it was perfect timing. I got the pork dish (which our lovely server told us was the fan favorite of the restaurant), and we also ordered the scallops, steak, and tuna. The word that comes to mind when describing our experience is exquisite. The flavors were all distinct but perfectly balanced and the presentation was creative and visually beautiful. And while the dinners were not cheap, the portions were extremely generous. We had a wonderful time and would love to return next time we visit town! Thank you, One Coastal for a memorably delicious experience!
