Wanted to try a new pizza place and thought I’d give Russo’s a try. Ordered up a 14 inch pizza and they’re cheesy bread and once I got home and opened up the boxes noticed I did not get marinara sauce for the cheesy bread and the pizza was not sliced. When I called back to Russo’s and explained the situation, the manager was very apologetic and wanted to know if they could send a driver to drop my marinara sauce off to me. With all the complaints that I’ve seen on Google reviews about customer service, Russo’s Pizza manager succeeds at customer satisfaction. The pizza was good. The cheesy bread was great and the only reason I gave it four stars, the lobby seemed a little cluttered.

Was in grand rapids for work, seen this pizza place had the same name as mine and had to stop, was not disappointed at all, best pizza I’ve ever had and the owner is very friendly, had a great conversation with him while waiting. Will definitely be back anytime I am out that way.

I just moved up to this area in the last year. This is one of the better pizza places I have had in a very long time! Absolutely outstanding!!! This place does get busy, but definitely worth the wait! Great sandwiches as well!!! Love this place!!!

Best pizza in grand rapids metro area for 40+ yrs. Not much for dine in mostly take out or deliver. After eating just about everything on the menu another local was eating a one of a kind steak burrito with Alfredo sauce, can’t wait to try it next time I’m in town on errands. We love russo!

Absolutely love Russo’s! Their pizza is made the authentic way with amazing cheese and sauce! The cheesy breadsticks were soft and covered with ooey gooey cheese goodness! With great garlic flavor as well. The subs are also toasted to perfection! Much better than the chain pizza places in Grandville!
