Even though delivery is on base (where Domino’s is located), orders are still typically late (over 1 hour vice 20-30 minutes; multiple occasions). Tracking feature confirms this. customers understand if issues come up or busy but contact them when aware vice 20 minutes after expected delivery. Verify order is complete before driver leaves, they are commonly not complete (dipping sauces, deserts, and drinks); multiple occasions. Did call driver back but never returned; one occasion Friendly staff and driver’s but timeliness is wanting.

I like Dominos but this place is a hit-or-miss. Today it was a total miss. I placed an order for a medium pan pizza and after 30 minutes I noticed 6 parties had ordered after me and receive their pizzas. I went to ask them the status of my order and they seem very irritated that I even bothered them and told me to wait until they called me. After another five or six people ordered and left I went to ask them again and they told me the same thing. I asked them about my medium pan pizza and they told me there was no medium pan pizza order. I asked for a refund and they didn’t even say sorry. It was very frustrating because they have no regard for their customers. Poor customer service and long wait time. I do not recommend this location. The one in Kingsland is better.

Called at 2340 on a Wednesday and they answered the phone with, “thanks for calling Domino’s but we shut off our ovens for the night about five minutes ago” too which I was like why you aren’t even closed yet? They then replied with “this is when we start breaking everything down for the night”. Ok, so disregard customer service because you want to leave early? Roger that Domino’s. Thanks for the service.

I ordered my pizza last night at 9:42 online because the phone line was disconnected. I walked in around 11:00 wondering when I could get my pizza that I already payed for, and was told it would be another 30 mins before it would be dilivered. So i left and went home. Payed almost $30.00 and my pizza was never dilivered and did not receive any calls.

Worst dominos ever placed an order tonight after an hour went by no pizza. Called back said I should have received it so said they would send it out again for free has been almost another hour still no pizza and this is after I was hung up on 4 times trying to order. So I guess I’m not getting my pizza!! Fire everyone and start over

Located next to the Base Gym, inside the bowling alley. Great for getting a pizza while you bowl and for delivery. A lot of the guys on base like to use this location for ordering pizzas for the boat on duty days.
