I have been looking forward to try this place, but was very disappointed. We went through the drive through and there was like one other customer there, yet it took at least 15 minutes for us to get our food. The fries, hamburger, and chicken sandwich were obviously cheap frozen foods. The hamburger tasted and smelled awful; I couldn’t finish it. The chicken sandwich tasted awful, but my husband was so hungry that he just ate it. The fries were mediocre. At least the fries were edible.

Well, this time around I took my son with me and we decided to stop by and try Burger Den for the first time. The service …….wait, let me start over. It was about 10-10:30am. So it was in the morning, middle of the morning rush for breakfast and we didn’t want the typical breakfast. We asked if we could get burgers instead and the lady behind the counter told us we could. Very friendly, courteous, and nice. So we ordered a couple of burgers, I ordered some tots and drinks. Boy, the drinks are huge, lemme tell you! The tots were a bit on the overdone side but still pretty good. The burgers were all that great. Now hold on before you jump down my throat. It could have been because we ordered them in the middle of the breakfast rush and it had the “grease” from sausage cooked into it. I don’t know. But they didn’t taste right. I figured I’ll try again sometime later on a lunch rush and give a second opinion. The ambience is like a small town diner, you got your old timers sittin’ half way across the room from each other talk-yellin’ and everyone else just trying to eat. If you don’t mind the atmosphere in the morning, come give it a try. I certainly will try it again. The price wasn’t too off the mark with other fast food chains.

Love going here to get me a really good breakfast. They’re always packed out but the wait is really not too long and it’s really worth the money. Can’t really say nothing bad about this place. I have only been living in Dalton for 2 years but when I’m up in the mornings going to work always stop by and get me some breakfast. Love their bologna biscuits. And their big breakfast with the sausages a must-have.

We pulled up at 8:45pm and the woman would not take our order. Per Google you do not close until 9pm. We drove 20 minutes from Ringgold for what? A wasted time. Very unprofessional. If you want to close at 8:45pm then change the hours.

Stopped for supper was ordering food and they was out of sweet tea and didn’t seem like they was going to make anymore even though was still 2hrs till closing got home burgers was good but the tatortots and onion rings tasted like they was cooked in 3 day old grease was not eat able at all.

Came to this place to order at 8:30 since it said online they did not close until 9:00. Asked for just a second to see what was actually on their drive thru menu since it’s small spaces and you can’t just easily skim over it and was told “we’re about to close” and rushed through my entire order. Didn’t even get a chance to actually look at what they had, and probably won’t be back to find out.

I went to this burger den on 1/23/23 at 8:45 am and got a sausage and egg sandwich and tater tots. The sandwich was cold and the bread was so hard I could not eat it. The tots were cold and had been cooked in old oil that tasted like onion rings. Spent over $8 and had to throw it all away. This has happened 2 times in less than a month. We’ll never eat here again. I will go to Mr. Biscuit from now own.

My wife and I just stopped by for a quick snack and she ordered a corn dog. It came out over 5 minutes later and the middle was still frozen solid. I took it back and asked for another one and then they said they’d bring another one out. We waited 10 minutes and no corn dog. No one in line and maybe 3 people in the parking lot. Not to mention one of the workers screaming and cussing her head off. The one in Varnell is much better. Don’t come here unless it’s for breakfast and before 9am. Long wait times and bad service.
