Broasted chicken was fine enough. Had some issues here previously, not sure how much other food I would order. Ordered a basket of fries and received a “side” they said, so then ordered a basket and it was literally the same amount of fries as the “side” we received for $4 more. Bogus.

Nice place considering it’s in Hackensack and there was no other place to eat. Service was a bit slow, could have been the family of 20 that slowed things down. My burger was good. Cooked just right. Atmosphere was what you’d expect up north.

If I could leave a negative 5 star review this would be it. Blondie with the big eyelashes can’t hear and will only visit your table twice the entire time you’re there. You have to track her down for an update on food. Only got one round of drinks. She clearly didn’t care to be there tonight and her job. Just terrible. Food was cold and the prime rib rolls were too fatty. Don’t waste you’re time here.

Took over an hour to get our food. It was not busy at all. 2 Other groups got served before we did when we were 15 min earlier than they were. Prime rib roll ups were more like roast beef and dry. While we were patiently waiting for our food. We were never checked up on.

We enjoyed our afternoon meal of burgers, onion rings and wraps. I had a “smaller appetite” burger with all the fixings to make it like a Jr Cowboy burger. It was excellent and easier for me to eat. Maybe they should make a smaller one and call it the cowgirl burger! My dad couldn’t finish the a Cowboy burger and my mom loved the chicken wrap. Their yummy onion rings are made fresh. I will be back.

I think our server was new or just not with it . Food was good nothing special. Sandwich comes with chips. Ff or anything else has an extra charge. Didn’t care for the pino grigo.
