Been here a couple of times. The food and service is above average. The booths can be a bit uncomfortable. The servers need to check on clients’ water more often. If you have any food allergies make sure you ask them what’s in their cooking. And make sure they understand you. You could encounter a language barrier in Chinatown. Their menu does not list the ingredients. You could be getting red meat and seafood in the same dish.

I stay in the area of this business. The few times that I have gone there I had some bad customer service. This one worker in particular with blond streeked hair is always rude and disrespectful. But for the most part, the customer service throughout is low. So I brushed it off and decided to just take a break from going there. And I went today on my 30 min lunch. Well, the break was long enough. First I am just standing there waiting to be acknowledged, finally, some attention and they then give me a menu with old prices I did not know this until I give my order and she tells me the price, so I questioned that and said why do yall even have these menus out, before the waitress helping me here comes the lady with the blond streaks going off and then throws the menu instead of me going off on that woman I asked for all my money back. Yes, I am saying it is a race thing I felt heavy today. An Asian guy can in and jumped on him said sat him down and everything. NoI had on sweats and tee shirt I work from home with a company I have been with for 20 years and am now A product specialist. I say all this because I refer a lot of people to different eating spots. Will not ever go back to that place and will not ever recommend it. Rather go to Burger King. Change your ways we are all not alike.

If you can’t wait half hour for your food…. don’t come to this place. I work in construction and have construction clothes on. She immediately confirmed ” to go right”? That was red flag number one. Someone else came an ordered, they were seated and almost half way done by the time we got our food.

So disappointing. My wife’s food was merely warm. Mine took almost 30 minutes to arrive. The menu looks wonderful but the nice drinks in tall glasses show up in small plastic cups. The waitress couldn’t answer our questions. I can forgive just about everything but I completely lost my appetite due to the lengthy wait time.
