I stopped by for the first time. I wanted to give it a try. I bought the “Big John” 7 inch sub. Very disappointing. 2 small slices of roast beef, little lettuce and tomatoes, but lots of mayo. Yuck. No choices of types of bread either. I will not return.

We ordered sandwiches from the new Jimmy John’s on Byhalia and Poplar on Saturday. We were very excited they finally opened and we are in their delivery radius. When our driver arrived, not only did he have our sandwiches and chips as ordered, but he also surprised us us with a box of 30 third size sandwiches absolutely free! Wow! We shared them with neighbors and friends, and now a bunch more people now know about your wonderful new location! Thanks for the kindness, we’ll definately be back!

Very disappointed. Ordered my sub requested no cheese and to add bacon. Came with 4 pieces of cheese, no bacon (which I paid for) and only had 3 very thin pieces of turkey. Also had put my avocado spread between the cheese so I couldn’t enjoy that part of it either. I might try again to give a second chance but it’s very frustrating.

Never do a pickup order from this location unless you want to wait 2 hours for one sandwich. This was now happened twice. There use to be another manager there who was soo sweet. Now that they have a new one my food isn’t good and takes forever to be made. If you want a good sandwich go to subway or drive to the germantown location for jimmy johns.

Sandwiches are top-notch. Husband tried the j.j. gargantuan. I’m not normally a complainer unless it comes to customer service. And when you have to go in and pick up your order, the employees barely say anything to you, no welcome to Jimmy John’s or anything. Most restaurants give you the order at the desk so I didn’t know the first time and they looked at me like I was an idiot, and pointed over to the corner right by the door. Sorry, I am just old school customer service and am a big fan of speaking to the customers with a smile, and helping graciously if there’s a problem. This is the South, blank faces aren’t allowed, smile and speak!!
