Great atmosphere…loved the icy drops in ice cups…tried a few flavors and all were pretty good. Had the steakhouse burger with tots…and my husband had BLTA. Food was great and service was awesome!

The Sriracha shrimp was outstanding, super fun flavor, would be great on wings too. The potato chip nachos were unique and crunchy (kettle chips so they’re strong enough to hold the nacho toppings)the garlic ranch is on the weaker side of flavor but still good. Service was very friendly.

While not a winner of the first plate club, Hops n’ Drops is definitely a worthwhile place to visit. I have been here at least 10 times and always look forward to it.

Tried it today for the first time and we were very happy with this new business in our neighborhood. The servers and manager provided excellent service. We enjoyed the street tacos and fish tacos mac and cheese drinks and the big item in the menu that I wanted to try the Onion Soup which was fantastic it wasn’t salty or greasy and brought memories of French brasseries we have been. The noise level was perfect to be able to have conversations and noisy enough to keep everyone at ease.

Hops n Drops opened about a week ago so we had to check them out. Angela our server was very friendly, informative and knew the menu well. We ordered a french dip and chicken sandwich which were both very good. I didn’t order a cocktail but the bar menu was very extensive. I want to go back soon for Happy Hour.

My family visited Hops n Drops in Highlands Ranch CO at night, about 1 hour before it closes. We enjoyed the happy hour dishes – Fish Taco, Chicken Quesadilla and Chicken wings. All they are good with reasonable price. My wife also liked a non-alcohol cocktail w/ peach flavor.

This place was AWESOME! Their house beers are really good and the food was excellent. I got the western burger and my wife got the morning burger, both excellent. Service was incredible and the restaurant was clean with a really fun vibe. I am definitely going to make this a regular spot and bring my family here.

Mixed experience here. The place is nice and the service was great. However food was not very good. Had nachos, and they were flat with little toppings. Thought the sweet and spicy boneless wings weren’t bad, though. One bright note, their Juicy IPA was solid.

I have to change my review! I have been here 5 or 6 times thinking it would get better. Whelp it’s got worse. Ordered their “signature” Monster French Dip. Barely any meat and cheese wasn’t even melted and a little portion of fries…$18.00. Get it together please. I won’t be back unfortunately.

We’ve eaten here a few times in the last month. The service is consistently great, as is the food. Some of our group had a lemon drop during our meal today. They are served in an ice cone. Fun!
