Atlas Brick Oven Pizzeria originated out of Corning NY where the original location still continues to shine. The owner Peter has always loved the Finger Lakes Region for both the fantastic wineries and the beauty that surrounds it. When an opportunity to open a second location in Watkins Glen arose it was something Peter became passionate about. So in 2017 Atlas Watkins Glen open its doors. We offer great local wine and absolutely delicious food, brick oven pizza along with a full menu and full bar. We also have TV’s located at the bar upstairs. Whether you’re passing through to check out the wineries on Seneca Lake, going to the races at Watkins Glen International or just simply want a great place to eat stop by, and let us serve you!

Probably the best brick oven pizza we’ve ever had! We opted for the “Grilled Cheese” from the premium selection and I gotta day, it tasted a lot like grilled cheese! Everyone enjoyed it including the little one! Staff were attentive and helpful and even came up with a winning suggestion for the baby ! Thanks guys! The Mrs thought I was funny for ordering the large! Jokes on her, we ate it all !

Quite possibly the best pizza experience I’ve ever had. Our waitress was sharp, and knew exactly how to orchestrate a large group multi-check order. The pesto pizza was truly superb, and everything including the appetizers were fresh. If I ever return to Ithaca, I will be sure to visit Atlas again.

Decided to sit at the very large bar upstairs and was immediately greeted by a very friendly bartender Alisia. She suggested a drink of the day which turned out to be an excellent one. We ordered a build you own pizza and what a pleasant surprise from a restaurant open only 2 weeks. The pizza was very thin crust, almost New York style but also reminiscent of Neapolitan versions. The crust was the perfect blend of chewy/soft, which is the hallmark of good pizza in my humble opinion. Overall, a great experience due in large part to friendly and fun Alisia. Will definitely go back next time in Watkins Glen.

After a long search for.good pizza in New York state, some workers at the Glen turned us on to Atlas. It was great and my kids ate it all up, cheese bread and pizza delicious crust pizza. The canole and cookie we also yummy.

Amazing food and great drink selection! Our party of 8 got an XL chicken bacon and ranch pizza, a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a meat lasagna. Everything was fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the lasagna – It had various meats in it including a spicy sausage that was so good. Parking close was a little difficult, but there was a public lot about half a block away that wasn’t hard to get into. Service was a little slow but it was only one waitress so I understand.
