Waitress that waited on us had an unpleasant and unprofessional way. Bad first impression. She answered with attitude and she made a big noise when dropping the A1 in our table. Their food was ok. Recommend the persons servings have a more professional attitude

The night time staff last night (9/1/23) service was exceptional and a great example of high customer service. From our hostess to our waitress to our cook! Everyone was working hard. Smiling and interacting with customers. The music and the environment was a whole vibe. Our food was made and served with love ❤️ can’t wait to come back again just to see them!

First time eating at Waffle House in Texas and I wasn’t disappointed. I wasn’t expecting much but the the customer service was great & the fact that they’re understaffed and busy, yet we got served quickly made it more comforting. The food was good and our server made sure we were well taken care of. I’d recommend the steak and eggs and the blueberry waffle.

Stopped in on a busy Sunday morning on 4/23/23. Service was excellent. I wish I could remember our server’s name but I’m writing this months later. Pretty, dark skinned lady with a cheery demeanor and excellent “flair”. Manager ran a tight ship. Very appreciated. Food was fresh. Coffee never ran dry. 10/10
