Ordered a big mac no lettuce extra mac sauce and pickle. Was given a big mac with lettuce. Took it back and the cooks erent happy I brought it back so they gave me one with lettuce still and so many pickles that the box was falling apart with pickle juice totally inedible. Took it back again, no manager just a shift leader who told me she couldn’t trust tge cooks to do anything. How do I know they didn’t do worse to the food. Totally unacceptable. Have not even heard from a manager after contacting.

This McDonald’s is in need of better management. Used the mobile app to order, pulled in the designated parking for curbside pick up, employee knocked on the car window and said they weren’t doing curbside that day and to go through the drive-thru. Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to not find the order because it was listed under curbside. It took 35 minutes and ended up with cold food. Sadly, that’s not the 1st time with a similar incident with this location.

This place is an embarrassment to the brand where an employee with an attitude totally misunderstands the order and has an attitude about it. When you complain, staff tells her immediately which car you’re in, and she waits for you at the pickup window and mouths you off. I don’t blame her. I blame the manager who’s oblivious to how she treats customers and who thought she would be a good choice for a customer service position. This is my last purchase at this location.

Tonight March 2nd 2023 the staff was rude and uncooperative to even take my order, their comms/mic doenst seem to be working properly, made me go around 3 times and still didnt respond, lady at the window didnt even try to accommodate nor help, just snapped at me, shut window in my face and walked away. Rude from the start and finish, lacked any communications skills and wasnt proactive whatsoever.

Just visited this McDonald’s and I had messed up my mobile order and Robin the manager, and Julian were very kind and helpful. You can tell they care all-out service at this location. I even noticed one server trying to help a family place an order tableside. I will visit again.
