I have never had good service at this location. I ordered through the app and got a new item on the menu, and this is how it came. It was inedible and I waited at least 15 minutes for my order when there was no one else there. No one in the store and only one car already at the pickup window when I pulled up.

I was only picking up a dash order. It took about 12 minutes which seems long but wasnt since there was only 1 person that i saw and the lot and line was extremely packed. Customer said the food was hot and fresh and everything was accounted for so I was impressed. I’ve worked in restaurants most my adult life and 12 minutes was super quick for the entire lot and drive thru being packed.

This taco bell has to be one of the worst locations I have been to. Although I have yet to receive bad customer service the food is always terrible. They are slow, the quality of the food is terrible, the accuracy of the orders are always off, and they are always out of everything.

Taco Bell is exactly what it is. A bit of guilty pleasure and I feel bad the next day. Especially when you’re eating it past midnight. Unfortunately this Taco Bell just as much as the Taco Bell on East main, just as the Taco Bell on broad Street in Wallingford, they don’t seem to listen when you tell them no sour cream. I hate sour cream, and they can’t seem to not put it in after I tell them not to. I drove home before I realize there was sour cream in my burrito. It’s never worth my time to complain about it

From my pov as a customer myself… food service is horrible. i doordashed and it took about 30 minutes and within that time they didn’t get my order right. me and my boyfriend were very disappointed. i would never recommend going here to anyone.

It is a shame that for a brand new taco the service and professionalism is disgusting. I would rather drive across town then go to this location and it’s a rock throw away from me the food is never made correctly! How can you make a cheese quesadilla with cheese so thin you barely notice and only half the item has cheese so I wanna thank you for my half toasted tortilla!

We ordered our food and not only was it cold, we asked for no tomatoes and no sour cream due to an allergy, and everything had tomatoes and sour cream on it, this has to be one of the worst taco bell locations, just shut it down.
