might just be me, but tbh i went for the first time friday night and absolutely loved it. many taco places in the area have become stingy with ingredients (even though we are understanding pricing of everything has gone up) but Zocalo really gave us an adequate amount of food for the price. although we did come in an hour before closing, we were still greeted warmly and had great service.

The fajitas were not made with fajita meat. When asked what tequila they used, we were told margaritas were margarita flavored. We don’t think there was any liquor. In addition to our tips, they added another 15% gratuity.

Please answer your phone when you get a take out order! The food is good but every time we call for a take out order, it takes 2-3 calls. They use a landline and the people running the front desk don’t hang up the phone. You’re losing good business and customers!
