Everything seemed fine at first. I called the store and waited patiently on hold, to let them know about the drenched boneless wings that didn’t have a good flavor (hickory smoke). The lady, Janay, hung up in my face after I asked her name so that I could remember who I spoke to when I went back to the store. I called back and she exclaimed that they were very, very, very busy. So I guess that’s when the customer service gets thrown out the door for paying customers. Wing Stop needs to stop and provide it’s employees with some training on how to be a professional and represent the company in a positive way.

First time trying it and will be my last time eating it. The chicken was not good at all. It was dry. The sauce felt like it was just poured all over the wings and that’s it. I also ordered a chicken sandwich. The bun was tuff/hard felt like I was eating card board. And the drink was flat! No flavor no nothing

I came here twice before posting a review. Both times the food was not fresh at first I thought it was because they were going to close soon and gave them the benefit of the doubt when I came back My fries were a super undercooked and my chicken was old. Even though I just ordered it 15 minutes before there was absolutely no customer service. She just looked at me like I wasn’t there and didn’t say a word handed me my food and drink cup and walked away. They’re better wing places. You can go to firehouse right around the corner and their wings are amazing and cheaper. Voted best wings in Tampa Or you can go to gyros but I’m not wasting any more money here

The female at the counter was very rude uncaring and definitely unwilling yo help I didn’t catch her name bur if I did I would have left it here, I was attempting to order 15 boneless wings for the discounted price of .70 on Monday July 31st and 1 ranch and was quoted the price of 19.33 thouth that was strange and questioned it, she then said I dont make the prices the computer does. I agreed with her and said yes but don’t you think it’s wrong, she just shrugged her shoulders and said the same thing she had already said I just canceled my order and left at that point, I won’t be returning here for some time guess it’s time to give detriot wing company a try.

Very poor and confused customer service skills. Had a coupon and neither the clerk nor manager knew how to process it. Asked for a cup of water and was told that I had to pay full soda price for water. Unprofessional and unethical. Food was ok but not great. Never returning to Wingstop

The service of the workers is very bad, they spend the whole day talking and do not serve customers…..The workers spend the entire working day with their phones in their hands and are very slow… to pick up an order there it takes 15 to 25 minutes or more.

HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t greet you when you walk in & very unfriendly. Staff was disrespectful to other customers coming in.. One girl in kitchen was on FaceTime while cooking. Denying service because out of printer paper. 30 wings and half didn’t have seasoning & half were the wrong sauce.
