Being from NY, I’m not normally a big fan of Pizza Hut (or Domino’s, Little Cesars, etc. lol). However, living where we do (Mountain View, on the Big Island of Hawaii) there isn’t a lot of options, and once in a while you really just want to order out and pick up a pizza.

If you are mindful of the rush hour times you won’t be disappointed. If you decide to order during lunch or dinner rush there may be difficulty finding parking or an extended wait for your food, but I believe that is 100% on the customer to take into account.

There was barely any toppings on both of our 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, the slices were cut very unevenly (like it was done with eyes closed) and some of the slices only had 1 piece of each topping on it (one slice had 1 piece of bell pepper and only 1 piece of Italian sausage. The sauce wasn’t even spread evenly, some of it went to the edge of the pizza (leaving no edge crust) and in some places it was the opposite (1 inch of crust because of no sauce or toppings). This was by far the worst I’ve ever gotten, and it wasn’t even hot when we got it! I’m considering not ordering from PizzaHut anymore, I could make better pizza at home from scratch or even frozen pizza would be better, ordering from PizzaHut is no longer convenient nor satisfying.

Pizza Huts food has really diminished over the years. I use to take my family to eat-in at the restaurants before covid now its all delivery. That is all fine and dandy but the pizza has suffered the loss of flavor sparcley built lacking sufficient topping nowadays. It’s like there is no pride in building a perfect pizza…Sad

The pizza was on time and tasty. No problems there. However, the person in front of me was allowed inside to pick up her order without wearing a mask, as required by law. She took her time, opening each box, so it was not just a grab and go. I would hate for the establishment to be fined or closed, hurting the people who work there and all of the customers who would not be able to get their meals. Please explain this to the employees who take pity on that one person without a mask.
