Located inside the Liberty truck stop, Liberty kabob is an oasis in the otherwise halal desert of the western Shenandoah valley. There was an assortment of appetizing looking Pakistani dishes but we opted for their most popular items which were the fried fish fillet and the fried chicken tenders. We were not disappointed at all and we can see why these were their most popular items as they were absolutely delicious.

Ordered Allu Prantha very Oily , it supposed to be served in plate with yogurt and pickle. Very expensive and unprofessional. You have to ask for everything you need in plate.
