Was very disappointed. Not in the pizza but in the girls working. There had to be 6 of them and 5 of 6 played with there hair and then went to fixing pizza orders and other food.

I’ve been ordering from Nick’s well over ten years now. Sad to say they have really gone downhill lately. You’re lucky if they even answer their phone. The food is a hit or miss when it comes to quality. I understand they are probably short staffed because they can’t hire reliable workers. Answering the phone, is the easiest way to make your customers happy.

Nicks normally has a decent pie and isn’t bad for the price. Although occasionally the crust is under done for my liking. Just ordered a thin crust with hopes it’d be crispy and I got a floppy, soggy pie that I ended up not finishing. Hopefully they can improve this going forward as they usually aren’t bad and I don’t like wasting food. 🙁

About 3 months ago we started ordering from Nick’s pizza again and was very surprised by how good it was. We were ordering once a week after that. Then about the end of November beginning December the pizza changed, the crust got thicker and more sauce was added and now it’s just not good. I don’t know what you did but you need to go back to the product you had. We’ve ordered three times hoping to get what we had but keep getting this new pizza and it’s not the same.

When lived in somerset this is the only place we ordered pizza it was the best I e ever had but we moved and it had been about a year I was always craving it!! We moved again back to new lex and I decided I was ordering a pizza I called to order and the prices had changed which is understandable. I went and picked my pizza up and I was very disappointed!!! It was not the same pizza tasted way differant the sauce was differant at least it tasted differant and the pepperonis were also. The crust was a little differant but wasn’t that bad. Old crust was much much better. To be honest the pizza didn’t get ate the taste was not good at all. I haven’t went back again.. I like the older pizza they were making about 3 years ago. Not sure when it all changed but it’s been that long since I had the deliciousness. I’m craving it. So my rating is lower because it’s based on the new ingredients…

My favorite pizza in Somerset! Awesome subs too! They make the dough for their pizza crust from scratch every day, and it is fantastic. There are always plenty of toppings, and it’s always cooked just right. The owner and employees are always friendly too!

One of the best pizzas around. Very good flavor. It is a thinner square cut style pizza but they will pie cut it for you if you ask. All of the staff are very friendly. Ongoing 10 dollar large 1 topping pizza is a good deal!
