This place has rapidly deteriorated, like 5 people standing around in an empty restaurant! Dirty is an understatement, and it smelled like there was a definite sewer backup issue in the restaurant. Not cool!! 2 stars is generous, it’s only because I like the food..

The sandwiches we got today were great! My husband got The Wreck and I got The Pizza sub. High quality and tasty. I love a good warm sandwich on a cold day. We aren’t huge fans of the Zapp’s chips so we would appreciate more variety in the chips. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

I come here often to eat while I work (2-3 times per week). I am always pleased with the friendliness of restaurant staff, the freshness of the ingredients, and the quality of taste of my food. From a cleanliness perspective, I have never seen anything that appears to be unkept, or emitting any odors. That being said, I usually come right before the lunch hour rush, and stay for an hour or two. I always order the same sandwich (veggie melt), and customize it as well. I have had the same outcome on pick-up orders as well, although they will occasionally forget to update the bread on my order (I update it from wheat to white). I think the restaurant could use an upgrade in terms of the look/feel of the interior, but I’m sure all Potbelly’s look the same. Regardless, I give this location 5 stars, and would give it more if I could.

I’ve normally never had an issue with this location but I made a mobile order through their app on 12/20, and one of the sandwiches was not made or delivered because they were out of chicken for it. When I called to have the item refunded on 12/20 when the delivery came without the sandwich they said that was fine and it will be processed. I called again on 12/21 to make sure it was actually done, the person who answered said yes and it should be back in your account in 3-5 business days (latest it should have shown up was 12/28). Currently, there is no refund in my account. I spoke to someone yesterday after calling multiple times without anyone answering. They said they had to get their general manager to do a refund but would have them call me by end of day yesterday.

The food and service is pretty good, but the dining area (tables, seats and floors), including the Men’s restroom (including Women’s) needs to be cleaned more because it looks unsanitary. Please resolve this sanitary issue and you’ll be rewarded with 5 stars.
