Called 20 minutes before close expecting to be told we’re done for the night( which is perfectly understandable) I asked for a slice a pizza; before I could finish what I said he cut me off told me to come and and he’d hook me up with a 12 inch pizza. Great service these guys deserve 5 stars not 4. The small town family feeling from a pizza place is here guys look no more.

Excellent customer service. From the people who answer the phone, to the front desk staff who greets you as you walk in. The atmosphere and food are great. We love their pizza with the perfect amount of sauce and their dough nuggets with the generous amount of garlic spread. We will be back. Love their pizza and tonight they proved they have great customer service. We tried something a little different tonight and it didn’t come correctly made. We tried it and it was still good, so we ate it, but wanted to let them know for next time. They felt bad and gave a us a credit towards our next pizza! So awesome. Thanks, Rosati’s!

Food is wonderful and what everyone has come to expect from this chain. Prices are a little high ($9 for Tiramasu?) but the biggest and only issue I have with this particular location is that nobody wears gloves when making the food!

I am just in amazement that for an establishment that can produce such a Great Pizza has such horrific wings. Do not under any circumstances order the wings I’m not sure if they clean their fryers or how old the wings are but I ordered 12 wings and I was able to eat two of them and that was one too many. I gave five stars to the staff an atmosphere because I ordered from DoorDash so it’s not fair to them. Just the food was horrible.

I was really hoping I would like this Rosatis location as I’ve had Rosatis in Westmont and it’s always been really good. However, I’ve it 3 times already at this Lombard location and it is just not good at all. I’ve had my pizza be cold all 3 times and not enough cheese. I gave them 3 stars because the guys that are running the place are very nice. It’s just not good pizza.
