Travelling and decided to stop by here. Typically happy with chick-fil-a, but when I opened up my sandwich box, the cheese was hanging out of the box, the bottom bun was halfway up the side of the box and smashed, and the top bun had a thumbprint on it. I had to remake my sandwich.

Chick-fil-a usually holds itself to a higher standard and we were very disappointed. At other locations, we usually find Chick-fil-A to be very efficient in providing quick and delicious food. We were waiting for approximately 40 minutes in the drive-thru. Once we received the food, the chicken was not up to normal standards and biscuit was hard and dry. No one apologized for the delay, so it makes me believe that this location always has this level of service. We would not recommend stopping at this location for a quick stop at Chick-fil-A.

I would not suggest ordering inside. This has been the most disappointed I’ve ever been with a chikfila. It probably would have helped if I was asked dine in or carry out to start. My issue, I waited 25 minutes for a (2 basic meal) order. There was an employee taking food out to tables however mine was not one of those orders. The drive thru was slammed like always so I was quietly waiting. I never heard my name called. It turns out my order was rang up as carry out and placed on a pickup shelf. The food was completely cooled off complete with hard fries, soggy chicken and soggy buns by time I received it. Improvement is needed on how the dine in experience is handled. Simply asking dine in or carry out and then having the front cashiers explain “..your order will be [placed on the pickup shelf, brought to your table, name announced]..”.

I can honestly say this is the first time having a bad experience with any Chick-fil-a. The drive through was packed so we went inside waited 10-12 mins for our food. When we got inside our car opened the bag the waffle fries and chicken strips tasted like they had been cooked for awhile & sitting under the warmer. I could not eat it, we just threw $8.99 plus tax out the window. I’m so disappointed

Little slow, but then again, this is a Chick-fil-A, and everyone wants it. We stayed, in the area, who’ll passing through to our final destination. What caught our attention was the atmosphere here. They were slammed, but still smiling. To see the operator working, right alongside her crew, said a lot.

Placed mobile order. As of now, I have waited 30 minutes. Line long. Went inside. Can’t give it to me because it said pick up, so I have to be in car, even through order is ready and sitting there. Ridiculous! There has got to be a better way to process people through who have called in an order. All total, I spent 55 minutes, and the employee was a smartypants. It was obvious he did not care at all!

The food was as good as any other chick-f-lia but this was the dirtiest of this chain I’ve ever seen. Multiple tables had food on or underneath and the play place didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. Food was slow, but we were after typical lunch hours and a lot of staff were taking their breaks. Not a horrible visit by any stretch but definitely not to the normal chick-f-lia standard.

We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru only to get food (both chicken and fries) that were barely room temperature. There was no one out taking orders, as there is at most Chick Fil A’s, when the line is wrapped around the building. While waiting in line after ordering we had to roll up our windows as it smelled like garbage. While we love Chick Fil A we won’t visit this one again
