Delicious authentic Persian food accompanied with an excellent service. The food portions are huge and prices are decent, so you get a lot of food for your buck!

We ordered way too much and it was absolutely so delicious and so fun to try new things

We ordered the lamb kebab, and the stew with okra. They were tasty. It wasn’t the best Persian I’ve had, but it satisfies the craving. Shirazi salad and Olivier salad for starters were good. I would def give it another shot. I would say the ambience was a bit too dark. I didn’t love the hard rice but my wife did.

Food used to be much better, the rice was super buttery and oily. Service is good but the atmosphere is getting a little dated, needs a remodel!

Food(ground beef kabab) was very dry. Rice was uncooked and dry. The temperature of restaurant was high. It was too warm and humid. The old fashion water cooler system was blowing humidity.

Flavors were very bold and delicious. It’s difficult to find a good Persian restaurant that’s authentic and has the flavors it’s supposed to. Service was a little slow, but the food was amazing.

My husband and I ordered a delivery last weekend, and the chicken and beef were not fresh, and we had stomach issues after eating the food. and when you order kebab, this restaurant doesn’t offer rice and salad like most other Persian restaurants do, you can only choose one item between rice and salad. I don’t think it was worth the price to choose this restaurant based on their policy.

Bahar provided catering for our wedding in June. While our main entree was provided by the venue (The Fashion Island Hotel), the Bahar team provided our appetizers and executed our fruit table display.

This place is so weird. I would never want to sit down here and eat. It’s exactly what you’d expect a restaurant in a grocery store to look like. The food is great and the flavors are authentic, but the ambiance sucks and the portions are just OK. I ordered the beef shish kabob and it came with literally 5 pieces of meat. Like 1.5 inch cubes. Also the grocery store and restaurant are an absolutel S show on the weekends so avoid if you are in a hurry.

Stews are good, but kabobs suck! If you’re looking for good Persian dishes, I do NOT recommend this place. Especially for dining in.
