I’m usually not a harsh critic on fast food. Get what you pay for, I get it but this is horrible. Chicken and cheese were still cold. Never going back to this location again. Atleast take pride in what you do. If you don’t then it explains it.

This is the worse place to eat in the area. I would rather eat dog food. I stopped to get 2 bags of nuggets. Waited 5 minutes no big deal. But no one’s behind me in line and I had to pull out front to wait. After I got on the highway and started to open the second bag , you could CLEARLY see a nugget cooked in the center of another nugget. There was a SNEAKER print on a flattened out nugget. This is Burger King at its best.

This place was soooooo bad! I usually don’t care about fast food areas because i get it it gets busy. i understand that i ordered a large order that was about $70 dollars but the customer service was really bad i didn’t feel welcome at all. when the order went through tone of the workers in the back seemed upset about it. When we received our cups for drinks the soda machine was TERRIBLE! flys around it and all sticky and we had 5-7 drinks to fill but only filled 3 because of how disgusting it was. I also over heard that they were telling other customers who went through drive through that they couldn’t take their order because of a “big order” and it was gonna take “15-20 minutes” but it really took 10. when we left we saw two of the workers on their phones and leaning over the table. It wasn’t busy at all. unlike other burger king’s i’ve been to this one is the worst and is unacceptable work ethic.

Ordered a meal and was charged a different price, was told to come in the next day(today) to get the meal I was charged for for free because they couldn’t refund it the night before. I go into the location filled with attitude from the manager saying I was incorrect and when they finally realized I was correct they made my food wrong. Didn’t see it until I got home. I don’t know what their issue was today but won’t be going back to this location again.

I wish i could give no stars this location is so bad everytime me an my bf would go we get sick. They speak no English whatsoever they can never understand you the advertise deals but say they dont do them cus not a corporation store. I’ll gladly drive to the one next to 5 guys fresher food taste great an everyone is friendly an never get sick from that one. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Nothing like $10 for a mini mini burger and a scoop of fries! All you corporations are going to be out of business very soon anyway cuz of your deliberate greedy tactics. These burgers get smaller by the week. Not only that your inflation is already being accounted for by raising the price and yet you lower the quantity and quality. Obviously no pride in your business and never has been this is why you will meet your demise no matter how long your business has been around. That business model don’t work anymore. Time to boycott in force you out

It’s unfortunate how much this location’s quality of food has fallen. I ordered a Whopper Melt Meal. Only got the sandwich, though I was charged bfor the full meal. I was about to argue about it, but there was a long line & didn’t want to hold others up. When I got home, the sandwich’s bread wasn’t even toasted, the toppings were mashed on on side of it & COLD.
