Good food. Services need an upgrade. Staff were not overly friendly and they got my order mixed up and gave to a drive thru customer & had to remake my order. I was on the clock so time was an issue so we basically had to gulp it down and run. Very aggrevating.

I love taco bells food I always have but the drive thru anymore Is ridiculous, it seems like every time I come here I wait 20 or longer minutes to even be able to order my food then another 20 minutes paying for it…its supposed to be convenient but it’s really not and could probably get food faster going inside. ..

Came here at 10 p.m ordered the chalupa box chulupa, it was stale my borrito and taco couldnt hold a form from being cold and soggy I was ok with it until I woke up at 2 am with all the great quality of eating bad food. So I called them wanting a refund. I spoke to a manager who told me that all the food is cooked fresh and that there was no possible way that I could’ve gotten sick from them and that I got sick from somewhere else. So I guess the manager who wasn’t managing the team at the time is psychic and knows when theres bacteria present from home. All I gotta say it’s not hard to be clean and sanitary which this location obviously is having trouble with.

Wish I could get a -10 Will never eat at this Taco Bell again. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food inside everyone through the drive through even got their food even ones that came after i did got their food before me all I ordered was 5 things it shouldn’t of took 20 minutes to get my food when others were getting theirs. They got my order completely wrong, and they gave me a broken cup. There was also 4 people cooking so ♀️ Shouldn’t of took that long. Plus my tacos were soaked and literally fell apart. -10/10 wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. Save your money and go to the one in cedar bluff.
