Our pizza arrived a lot earlier then it was supposed to. We get the meats pizza which is great. Wings were not bad and cinnasquares needed more icing. The icing bag they gave is too small. Also, our delivery guy was very nice and sweet.

My first time with Marco pizza and probably the last I ordered lg works and if you look at the picture I think I got a small with 2” bread sticks the sad part is the the part with topping was actually pretty good and the chicken dippers were good I wanted to take there survey but as you can see the receipt I can’t read the link or the reference number

The woman behind the counter today was awesome. Very sweet. As a Dasher, this is rare. The customers pizza was still being made when I got there, but the wait was short. So I know the customer got a nice hot pizza.

I ordered two calzones from Marco’s Store # 6010 9/7/20. They were late delivering it and then I had to walk and meet the driver to pick the calzones up. My daughter’s calzone was fine, as you can see my calzone was covered in cinnamon sugar. I called Marcos at 1915pm. I explained what happened to the person on the phone. First he like questioned like he didn’t believe me, and then he said, oh, well, the shaker must have accidentally fallen on the calzone and asked which calzone was it. He asked if I wanted credit, I told him no I wanted another one sent out. Well, the delivery guy brought it at 2115pm. I didn’t eat it after I thought about it. It looks like the cinnamon sugar was intentionally put on the calzone and was cover up with parmesan cheese. If the first was like this, how would I know what they did to the second one that was delivered. Here are pictures of the two calzones one with cinnamon sugar and the second calzone without sugar. I am disappointed with the service I have received. If this was you how would you feel?

Never been to this location and only ordered slices for lunch at a different location years ago. Decided to try Marcos as it usually gets decent reviews. I ordered online and showed up when it said it was ready. 4 customers were in the lobby and nobody was serving the counter. There was a guy in the back visibly upset about something. Banging doors and slamming things on the counter. The tension was very high. It took about 10 minutes to get my pizza which was just sitting there the entire time.

Called to order for delivery. Was told 45-60 mins. An hour and a half later I called to check the status of my order and they said my pizza was still sitting on the counter waiting for the delivery guy to come pick it up. The manager said he only had one driver and they could only deliver five pizzas at a time. I hung up. Twenty minutes later I called back and was told the pizza was still sitting on the counter. At this point I did not want to have a 2-hour old pizza that been sitting on the counter delivered to me. I canceled my order and the manager said okay bye. Before he hung up I told him he could at least fake it and put a little bit of care and concern into his voice.
