I ordered about $50 worth of desserts to be delivered. Since the store closes at midnight, I figured that 10:30pm was not too late to place an order for delivery. After the estimated time to deliver passed, I called the store and the employees pretended to have a foreign accent, while others giggled in the background while the person who answered also pretended that she could not hear me and said that she would have to hang up. When I called back immediately, the employees never answered the phone and my food never showed up. They most certainly charged my card for the order anyway. I guess I’ve learned my lesson about ordering from Pizza Hut and will not support this franchise any longer. It was the push I needed to make sure I eat local from now on! Thank you for the lesson I needed, Pizza Hut.
