The pizza has been so bad the last couple of times I’ve attempted to eat here. Dried out chicken, crust that breaks into pieces from being so dry the minute you bite into it. It’s as if they leave the slices out all day and don’t care if they are bad must to sell a buck.

Do not purchase a Regalo Pizza gift card from this restaurant in Fort Salonga. My husband and I received a gift card from a neighbor for Regalo Pizza. The card did not work online when I entered the card number. My husband went in person to pick up the pizza order and the staff there did not know how to process the gift card and had no record of it so he had to pay cash. My husband spoke to the manager in person a few days later and the manager said we needed a receipt for the card and could not verify that the card was activated. How could we have a receipt for a gift card that was a gift? He had no record of the card number either on paper or in the computer. The neighbor who had given us the card had a credit card statement with the purchase amount of $50, went to the person in charge on a recent late April day and he still would not honor the card! The plastic gift card is imprinted with Regalo’s name and has a card number on it. It is not a generic card. Our neighbor is out $50 plus his family ate there on the date they purchased the gift card spending an additional $30. This is highly disreputable and Regalo Pizzeria has lost two reliable families in the neighborhood as customers. I will tell everyone I know not to be a customer of this dishonest and inept establishment. They also do not put stuffed grape leaves in the Greek salad although it is listed on the menu as such, Regalo is also very expensive and not the best pizza in the Northport/East Northport area.

Went here the other day and they charged me $12 for two bottles of soda and one Sicilian slice. Doesn’t add up right. I don’t plan on going back. There’s clearly overcharging and overpricing going on here.

Everytime I drive up from North Carolina with husband we have to come and get a Sicilian pie and regular pie. Ths is the best for pizza. They told us how to freeze and store so we could to take back with us.

Our favorite pizza locally! My husband is from queens and this is by far his first choice when we order. Always delicious! Recently our order was slightly wrong ( a regular delivered instead of a large, pepperoni on whole instead of a half). It happens! Their food is delicious regardless and certainly didn’t ruin our experience or our desire to continue to order pizza in the future:).
