It is NEVER clean and for being family friendly they do not have one high chair or booster seat. The product is burnt or undercooked regardless of what you order. If you eat-in there are no plates or cups so if they are outta 20oz yall have to share a 2L. I love the pizza maker viewer but there are no chairs to sit at the counter anymore. Love the chalkboard but no chalk anymore either

Normally have a decent experience, but tonight (Monday) I placed a delivery order at 11:07, received a call from the store at 11:27 that their breaker had tripped and they were not going to complete our order. They said it would take a half hour for the ovens to heat up and they just weren’t going to do it and they canceled it from their side. Disappointing

Online app said it would take 32 minutes when I ordered at 10:17pm. 32 minutes after ordering they started “quality checking”. 45 minutes later they were still doing that. Called them, took 5 minutes for someone to answer, and they told me it would take another hour for it to be delivered. Nobody wants to wait over 2 hours for a pizza that’s been sitting out for over an hour and a half at that point.
