I have loved Godfathers my whole childhood, we moved to Elkhorn 3 years ago and ordered from this location twice before realizing we needed to get it from another location. This is the worst Godfather’s location I’ve ever eaten from. The food is extremely greasy, and the service is terrible. I hate to be this person, but refuse to let someone spend $30 for heartburn.

Very friendly welcoming staff. They don’t have the buffet but they are making some really good pizzas. We have eaten there at noon twice in the last three weeks. They could turn the heat up on cold days.

We ordered a pizza on the phone at 5:15 PM and were told it would take about 15-45 minutes, fair enough. Now we sit here at 6:40 PM still no knock on our door so we call again and explain the situation for them to state that “the delivery driver just left, it will be there in 15 minutes”. We tell them again that it has taken way longer than what we were told, just to be met with silence for a good bit and then an “I’m Sorry”. Now sure, it probably isn’t their fault, but can we at the very least get something more than a half hearted apology? At least Dominos will give you the pizza for free if it takes longer than what they say, but I guess this place is fine with falling behind.

I wish I could select no stars. I have never had a worse experience in a restaurant. We had a group of 12 for a birthday dinner, and we ordered 4 pizzas. We got two pizzas in a timely manner… and waited over 30 minutes for the other two. When we asked about our other pizzas, we were treated like we’re were a huge inconvenience. Every staff member was rude, absolutely no one offered any apologies or anything to remedy the situation. I will never return to this Godfathers in Elkhorn and I suggest everyone else avoids it as well. Horrible experience. Ruined a birthday dinner.
