Food is very good, especially the pizza! Red sangrias are amazing, not too sweet and they add cinnamon – interesting twist! Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we always go around 3pm (never busy) but there is always a long wait and we can never get anyone to refill our drinks. Other than that it is a great place for Italian food

We went in on Sunday, around 5pm. We were told a 10-15 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes. When we were going to be seated I noted many empty tables, and many dirty tables.

Very delicious pizza and other Italian specialties. I personally thing the dough is what makes Bertuccis one of the best. The bread rolls and side salads are a really nice touch. Clean and comfortable with a nice family appeal. The service is usually great, but I’ve experienced a few hiccups in precision when they get downright slammed with business. Overall, a great place to dine.

We’ve been here several times with and without the kids. I really like it! The menu isn’t huge, which is actually a plus for me because I don’t need to be overwhelmed with so many choices. Pizza’s are good, pasta is good, LOVE their seafood dish with the mussels. They give the kids a paper and crayons AND a ball of home-made “playdough” to play with while waiting for food. The kids thought that was so cool. If you like Italian food, try it out!

First visit, probably last. Our dishes were not very good. My husbands dirty glass had red lipstick on it, and no he doesn’t wear lipstick. My starter salad was forgotten about, after my main dish came out and I had to ask for it they apologized and said oh,do you still want it?” So i replied- “ummm, ya!” He said something about taking $5 off the ticket. I presented them with the 5$ off coupon on my phone, and that’s all I got. They didn’t take the additional $5 they mentioned. Over all VERY disappointing.

This is review is on order/carry out. 3rd time ordering and every time the dressing is left out and this time the salad was placed on two hit dinners. Ended up with a warm ceasar that was dry with no dressing. Food is probably a 3.5 to 4 but with two kids and this isnthe 3rd time happening. In really ruins the whole dinner.
