Was very excited to try this place for the first time. I looked at the menu google had provided as there was no link to a website for the menu however it would seem the menu is outdated as prices have certainly gone up. I had gotten the Chef’s Sushi Combo and it looked very good once I got home but there was a black curly hair on one of the pieces of my California roll. I’m sure this wasn’t intentional however it really affected my confidence in the food.

Came with a couple of friends to celebrate a birthday. Atmosphere wise I didn’t care for it and I think that they can do a few things to make this a more inviting place. Staff was attentive and helpful and even things she didn’t know she offered to find out for us. The food was really good, sushi was fresh and their portions were satisfying but not big.

This place is amazing the food never disappoints and the workers are very nice another thing I love is its never loud and You don’t have to wait long I ordered went to the bathroom and it was already almost done.10/10 would definitely recommend!

While visiting Camarillo a week before Mother’s Day, my children took me to Mika Sushi and it was OUTSTANDING! My husband and I consider ourselves to be “Sushisnobs” which means we are very particular about our Sushi and Mika met and exceeded our expectations! The rolls were abundant and fresh and we all enjoyed our experince. Our server, Nathen, did an amazing job of making sure our experience was stellar! We will definatley be visiting Mika again when we travel that way again

Though I would like to give a higher rating to this local restaurant, I can’t. The food is just OK. The fish was not as fresh as I like, the portions were small, and to mask this, everything was way over sauced. The service was good but that’s about it.

This is easily the greatest sushi restaurant in Camarillo. The food is always made properly and the quality is unmatched. Their rolls are bigger than most and are better quality. I go 2-3 times a week to pick up my orders and the staff is always kind and courteous. I keep it simple with California rolls most of the time, but I have yet to try a sushi/roll there I didn’t like, highly recommend!

I hate to do this, because the sushi that was made correctly was good, however, they gave me an entire roll with nothing but fried asparagus inside. 4 pieces of chopped fried asparagus. I am not sure if this was on purpose or an accident, but I was very disappointed.

The lunch combo is a steal! Two items with rice, salad, and miso soup for under 10 dollars! 4 pieces of mixed sushi and or sashimi are two options, I just chose the mixed sushi and pork katsu. It was so good! The staff is super nice and it’s such a friendly atmosphere. Definitely going to be coming back ☺️

I have been coming to Mika sushi for over 11 years. I refuse to go anywhere else in Camarillo. They are best sushi in all of Ventura county. My favorite is the Tampa fried fish stuffed jalapenos, yellowtail delight, albacore roll, assorted Sashimi salad, salmon skin handroll.
