I love Chick Fil A, I’m willing to pay $10.22. I believe in choices when it comes to giving my business to a place of my choice. My garden salad’s lettuce wasn’t only wilted, it barely had any chicken. This place was filthy and disgusting for indoor dinning, I even had to ask for a napkin to wipe my own table.

No napkins or ketchup available for self service. Tables and floor not cleaned, asked the young man for paper towels to clean the seat, and he advised sitting somewhere else. Had to show him they hadn’t cleaned tables or seats so it didn’t matter where I sat, I needed to clean something . April 1st around 4:45 pm

This place is a joke. They typically mess up my order (give breaded nuggets when pay for grilled or sweet tea when ask for unsweet, for example). The mac and cheese is always hit or miss at this specific location. The wait times are longer than most. They always forget straws with drinks. Went one hour before close and was told because close to closing time I’m not allowed to change the type of chicken that comes on the Cobb salad. So I said fine I’ll order on the app and do it because that allows me to, to which she said they were actually out of lettuce and I can’t even order a salad. But the app still would have let me so felt like a lie. So I’m stuck in a drive-thru line not even ordering anything because they’re too lazy to make a salad? Unreal.

I’m truly upset at the way my mother and I was dismissed when we asked for more dressing for our salads. The young lady gave us our bag in the drive through and my mother asked for extra dressing. The young lady asked another girl with braids for extra dressing and the girl with the braids stated that the dressing we asked for is in the bag. I said I know we have it in the bag but we would like extra dressing. We would’ve paid for extra if we were given that option but we were completely dismissed. The girl with the braids swung around and shot her hand out and saying “WE DON’T GIVE EXTRA DRESSING,” and swung back around to continue to put food in other bags. I am truly appalled that all that attitude thrown at my mother and I was all over some extra dressing. I will NEVEEEERRRR come back to this location again, the one is Coral Springs much better.

I recommend the strawberry milkshake, it takes a while to melt and the strawberry flavor seems to be natural even though it is not, another good choice for those who like pepper but not too spicy is the Chick-fil-A Deluxe with Colby Jack. this is my favorite combination
