The drive-thru line moved really slow, I ordered 3 cheese coneys, no mustard, heavy onion and I received 3 cheese coneys, no onion, and mustard. I ordered a chocolate shake, and tho it has a chocolate color, it taste like vanilla. Only reason I’m going with 2 star is because the staff was nice and polite.

I brought my daughter in to redeem a coupon she got from school. I forgot it was Monday after a Bengals win and they didn’t want to honor it. But the young lady making the orders with colored locs took care of my daughter anyway. It’s nice to know there are still good people out here! Kudos to you miss lady!!!

The staff including the manager is rude and lack customer service skills. The restaurant smelled like raw sewage which is odd when there is food. Not sure what is going on. My family turned around and left immediately without eating in. Management has definitely changed from years ago. I wish the previous management return because SFRR PROPERTIES LLC lacks businesses ethnics. The staff basically talk to patrons as if our money is not valued. Will not be patronizing this location anymore.
