Trash, if you don’t call and order, your food will be cold and you’ll have to wait inside and listen to the manager scream at everyone. I called today and they said 15 minutes I show up exactly 21 minutes after set time and then they said it’s going to be another 15 minutes.

Waited 30 minutes on a hot n ready. Which had more crust coverage than the toppings did. Day before hot n ready was more like old n not ready had to bring it back in to get them to cut it. Not to mention the ppl already packed in like sardines waiting for their orders . The staff was shoddy at best. Keep Goin to next pizza place

On 8/13 I placed a mobile order for pizza at the Oakland MD location for a pickup time of 11:30 for a birthday party. When I arrived at 11:30 my order was not only not ready, it had never been attempted. No communication that the store was unable to keep the pickup time. No estimate on when it would be available. The employee response was “I’m by myself, BFS doesn’t give me help”. I received my order at 12:05. As BFS is well aware of, this is very unprofessional and a waste of customers time, but Nothing new as this is what Marshall (BFS founder/Owner) allows and expects at his locations. Very disappointed, but not surprised today, as again this reflects the culture Marshall has instilled at BFS.

Service is friendly but quality of food wasn’t great. Our Italian Cheese bread didn’t have any Italian seasoning at all, and was basically just bread because it barely had cheese on it, pizza hardly had any cheese on it and was burnt… Previously had to get a refund because they gave my pizza away… I don’t think I will continue trying to get food here anymore… last time was kinda a deal breaker and this time has made up my mind.

The food is decent and the service is quick. This was 2 years ago. Tonight it was extremely slow and the workers showed absolutely NO enthusiasm on their job. Even the workers in the back seemed lackadaisical in their talks. I waited in line for about 25 minutes to place my order. When I got home (less than 1/2 mile away) the pizza was barely warm. I am even concerned about using the pizza portal (will my pizza even be warm?). Not sure why service is lacking. Hopefully it will improve soon.

Was a while getting my pizza but, the woman who took my order, I think her name was Margaret, was very polite and was doing the work of 3 people. It was at a shift change and the other workers that were coming in, after I had ordered, didn’t seem very motivated at all. But the one that was there and took my order is probably one of the best employees this Little Caesars has had in years. I hope they give her a raise and a promotion. She did all of the work and they where some of the best pizzas I’ve got from this location.

I stood at the register for more than 10 minutes to pay and there wasn’t a sole in the store. I yelled a couple times too. So, I guess I could have picked up their cash register and put it in my car?? I was late for an appt that day because of this!
