Staff takes their time so the wait is a bit longer than most fastfood places, which I prefer, because the food quality was very high. I rather have staff take longer and get everything right then rushing and getting everything wrong.

Very limited seating. There are only a few seats downstairs (maybe 4 tables) and some more seating up stairs that is accessible if you have a wheelchair or stroller.

Burger was decent, the meat itself wasn’t very flavorful but it came with no shortage of toppings that gave it that burst of taste. Although a bit sloppy leaving the paper covered in sauce as well as my hands I Would definitely recommend!

Ordered food 30 minutes ago and got a time for it to be ready. Food order hadn’t even been placed and had people waiting in the rain as food was being prepared. Order was over $50, so very ridiculous and very disappointing. Will be contacting cooperate about this matter. Will not be back again for some first timers.

I think I hit this spot at the wrong time. I placed an order online to be pick up. I went in and they seem to not have their s*** together. Truly sad indeed. When arriving. My order was sitting off to aside,but little did I know. My order was not complete. No form of communication what so ever. I get home to find out. They left off my kids sandwich. I return super ticked off. As it was misting and very windy on this day. To drive back to downtown auburn was also a joke within itself. Explain what they left off and they said they would make fresh(which they did). GM decided to take off into the back with his phone by ear. Young lady working the line decided to catch an attitude. I’m sorry,but I was not in the wrong of this. So thank you for my last meal at your place. Won’t be back at this location.
