The staff were extremely polite, completed my order very fast, and were overall the best part of my experience here. The problem I had was with my food. I ordered the Surf n Turf burrito on a flour tortilla. Although I watched them heat up the tortilla, the entire order was completely cold. Not cold like the guacamole and pico cooled it down but cold like every ingredient including the steak had been resting in a refrigerator the entire day. I also realize it’s supposed to be lime flavored but it seemed as if every ingredient had been marinated in lime for hours so I couldn’t discern any particular flavors besides that and texture.

This location is garbage. I walked in no one greeted. I walked up to the front and no one said anything and just looked around and did other stuff until I approached them and specifically said that I was ready to order. I was literally the only person there minus 2 others who were already eating. Once I did start ordering, super rude. Their food was so bland. The rice was disgusting! Hire new people because customer service here is 0.
