Last two times I’ve went & paid with card towards the end of the night, they add whatever tip they feel like. Paid for my last 4 drinks on card for friends & i & $20 extra dollars on my card taken off. & this is the second time. & i was paying & tipping in cash most of the night towards the beginning. will most definitely only be paying cash from now on & exact $$ amount. Just ruined it for every bartender that works there

Bad service never got any refills of our pops ordered 3 cups of chicken noodle soup in addition to our meals 3 BOWLS of cold broth and kale came out to us after we had already gotten our meals was told by cook they only have one size soup which he was very polite our children didn’t like it with all the kale in it so sent 2 back got the bill with all 3 bowls of soup on it and was told by waitress ( never asked manager or boss) that they can’t take off the soups so was charged $6.25 a piece for them so ended up paying $12.50 for something we never ate no where in description on menu nor the board in the restaurant does it say that there is kale in there soup, not to mention had the server told us there’s only bowls to begin with id of had my young children share a bowl…. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place

Went for dinner waited 1hr and 23 minutes for a cheeseburger which came out cold and completely wrong also the fish sandwich that a friend ordered wasnt even cooked it was RAW ice cold

Quench is a great bar for any and everybody. They’ve got Keno, pool, an AMI Jukebox, a cool patio, fantastic food, and everything else you could ask for in a bar. Try to go when Danielle is working…she’s the best bartender in Boardman!

We had heard about the Saturday steak special. It was better than we had anticipated. We got there at 8pm. They quickly ran back to the kitchen & asked to throw on 4 more before shutting it down. We were very appreciative of the excellent customer service. The steak was very flavorful. The green beans were perfect. (Not from a can) Baked potato & Quench peppers…yum! Definitely going back!
