This was supposed to be a fresh pizzas extra meat and extra cheese, the manager looked me in my eyes and lied to me saying that nasty AWW pizza was what I ordered. Trash all the way. Even the other co workers told me he always messing up people’s orders.

The prices are great (love the carryout special), the pizza is consistently good, and it’s always on time, usually within 10 mins. I have two pizza places closer to home but I drive further away for Marcos in Carrollton. Love the service.

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option I went there 8-11-23 I ordered my pizza and stone said it would be ready in 15 mins came back still wasn’t ready so he rushed and made the pizza opened the box to show me and of course I looked good it’s pizza but when I tried to pick up a slice everything fell off it was way too much sauce and it was a disaster I called to try and fixed the problem the first guy said he couldn’t do anything cause I left with the pizza but wasn’t even 15 mins the Stone got on the phone and told me too bad I looked at the pizza I tried to tell him my problem he said too bad your stuck with it and hung up I called back to speak to a manager was told I couldn’t right now and there was nothing they could do about the pizza. How can you treat a paying customer that way!! This is the worse service I’ve ever experienced and the pizza is so gross I don’t recommend anyone going there unless you stay to eat and maybe they will treat you better. They refused to give me any manager contact information and was really rude it makes no sense!! I hope this review reaches someone who cares about what type of pizza they serving and the customer service they’re delivering!! I will not be spending another dime with the establishment EVER and I will be telling all my friends family colleagues and sports moms not to either until they get it together and treat people with dignity and respect as a paying customer

My driver (who was very sweet) went to the wrong complex and attempted to put the blame on me. I called the store at Midway and Keller to complain about the status of my pizza. As I was explaining he cut me off and put me on hold. When he finally returned to the line, I asked for the manager only to find out it was the same person who cut me off, Stone. As I attempted to explain my concern again, he cut me off continuously (4X) telling me he already knows what I want to say. He never let me speak and I ended up hanging up on him when the food finally arrived.

I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza for delivery… It was delivered on a busy Friday night… Nonetheless, the pizza was delivered hot and fresh. The crust was so delicious with a mouthwatering flavor, the cheese was the perfect consistency and there was pepperoni in every bit. I feel like this was one of the best tasting pizzas I’ve had in the DFW. You definitely should try this place out, I believe you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Update 03/01/2018 – I have gone back several times and they have indeed impressed me. Still wish they had a better online pizza tracker but the quality of the pizza does make up for it. Bumping my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.
