Fast food but the sandwiches are good and generously proportioned. They have a lot of selection as well. I do have to comment on the young lady who took my order at the drive-thru. Her name is Ava and she was sweet and delightful and just very much her genuine self. I really enjoyed interacting with her. Mini fast food employees that work to drive through seems stiff and robotic. They get really flustered if you ask a question or make an unusual comment. Ava did not. She is such a genuine person. I will go back to Jimmy John’s even though I do like snarf sandwiches better just to see Ava’s smiling beautiful face. To Eva’s manager she’s a real gem.

I will not be ordering from this location again. I appreciated that they called me to let me know my order would be later than originally estimated, and I didn’t mind waiting the extra 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to call the store several times and was told it would only be a few more minutes each time. Ultimately, after waiting well over 90 minutes I gave up and requested a refund. I live less than a mile away.

Update 5/1/23: Ordered again today, and specifically asked several times to make sure the mayo packets were in the bag. Sure enough, no mayo packets were in there when the order came. This is just so pathetic how they cant even get mayo packs right. Ever.

I reviewed last week but unfortunately went in Wednesday ordered a meal, guy at window was so rude I said thanks he didn’t even answer once just took payment and returned card. Does he talk? If you don’t like your job. Quit move on dude!!! So rude not to communicate if it wasn’t for customers you wouldn’t have a job learn some manners and respect! I found a hair in my ham sandwich, not sure if it was mine.

I order pickup from here a lot and it always takes them at least 20 minutes for my one sandwich. I feel like that’s longer then necessary and part of me ordering pick up is so that it is ready when I arrive.

I order from this location frequently and every time I experience similar issues. No matter how I order, it always takes an incredibly long time. When I pull up to the drive through, I sit and wait for minutes without any communication. Whenever I order for pick up, it is never ready. Curbside and drive through ordering through the app are a nightmare. There have also been many times I order extra veggies and they are not added.
