We love Culvers, and usually choose Culvers first over other restaurants. The Hastings Culvers was very clean and the food was great (as usual). Kids at the counter were a tiny bit slow at responding to a new customer arriving, but they were polite and nice. Our order (for 5 people) arrived quickly and was of good quality. My daughters loved the flowers outside 🙂

Sun. Aug 5th ordered a pot roast sandwich and mashed potatoes was just awful, the potatoes were cold, the pot roast was old, and very dry. Will not order from here again wasted the food. For the 2 meals my husband and l we spent over $25.00 very unacceptable. This restaurant is not safe to eat at in my opinion.

Unfortunately this location has gone down hill as other reviews have mentioned, tonight my entire entree was not put in the bag (a full double deluxe) which is not cheap! The last time we ordered here my side was left out of the bag… missing items seem to be the usual here and for the price point it just isn’t worth it.

Brandon gave so much attitude I watched him yell at other workers the whole time he just stands there and I’ve watched him just talk to his other buddies when I asked him a question him and the tall guy he was talking to gave me a stanky look and gave me a passive aggressive response, I’m a paying customer I shouldn’t be treated this way.

I usually don’t write reviews and we love Culver’s and this is the worst one we’ve been too! There were only kids working the front and the customer service was awful! They spent more time talking to their friends than taking orders or delivering food. What was also really disappointing was that tables, pop station and the ice cream station looked filthy.

The kids working here need to be taught customer service. 2 people standing in drive through window, girl at counter was getting an order ready. I stood there for 5 minutes and was never welcomed or greeted. If you want your customers to pay sit down restaurant pricing for a fish dinner or burgers and fries you could at least welcome them in and acknowledge their presence.
