This place was a surprise. I’ve never had a Charlie’s that I recall. I got the chicken bacon sandwich, the loaded fries. The chicken sandwich was larger than I had anticipated. The fries had bacon bits and cheese . Both items went well with each other. The peach lemonade was excellent . Once all the remodeling gets done in the rest of the store pretty sure this is gonna be a good place to stop.

This pic was taken before 8pm. They started closing at 7pm. They’re supposed to close at 8pm. They somewhat still taking orders but you had to leave. What if it was 7:45 and I wanted to get away from the truck and eat in a restaurant. Not here apparently! Drivers don’t support these kinds of restaurants. They don’t care about you. There’s a hunts pizza next door with great customer service and friendly employees. If you like McDonald’s they’re across the street. PS: owner don’t bother to reply. You reply to all other reviews and nothing changes. Words are pointless without action!

Food great but I don’t know why you have to close the tables 2 hours before you close…and love that I said no lettuce and tomato 2 time at the counter and when I got my food.. you got to love the special people tho. Just don’t want to see the cooks undies.

This is the 1st time coming here to this place. We stayed in a hotel and it was getting late, we were looking for food, we seen Charley’s. Cheesesteaks. It was around closing time, but my husband got there just in time . They took his order and was very sweet and curteous. He bought the chicken cheesesteak, a Philly cheesesteak and 50 wings. 1st of all, we travel with our job, and we have been to Philadelphia. I have eaten alot of cheese steaks, but these were hands down “The Best”! Not to mention the wings, Omg… they were cooked perfectly and so tasty. So they deserve a 5 for customer service and the food being delicious, even at closing time. We will definitely be back!

Driving from Atlanta to Mississippi, I couldn’t wait to get to Charley cheesest Steak!! I had to use the rest room but it was out of order, or under construction, so I was instructed by the Manager Tiffany, I could use the outside portal toilet. After I informed her that I didn’t come to a expensive food place like Charley’s to use a outside nasty toilet, I could go to McDonald’s and get a cheaper meal and use a nice clean restroom. Ms. Tiffany told me to go to McDonald’s and informed me that it was right across the street.. Poor customer service, very unprofessional, no courtesy or compassion for the customers that’s traveling a long distance, and taking time from their travels to stop at your restaurant. I now know why no one’s was in the lines to order food and only one guest was eating, in the restaurant. ALL she had to say is, I’m so sorry for your inconvenience, but she showed no concerns about losing business, so I went to McDonald’s spent my money there where I was appreciated as a customer, received friendly customer service and I was waited on by a professional employee, and I was able to use a clean restroom

The staff failed to acknowledge our existence for a solid 5 minutes or so and we were about to leave when they magically made eye contact. We were expecting bad food based on the cashier’s attitude but the food was as good as another popular philly chain. Would go to again in spite of the service and somewhat questionable location.

I’m a trucker and I’ve stopped here about 3 times now in the past several months.. I’ve received good food and service 2 out of 3 times.. today tipped the scale as I was promptly waited on and the guy taking my order was super attentive to what I wanted and I got my order quickly and correct as it wasn’t very busy.. today I ordered the original philly cheese steak and fries without lettuce and pickle.. it was cooked properly as well as the fries.. very tasty.. if only they were consistent with this type of service and food..
