Had a great experience along with a long laugh! We were unaware that the buffalo chicken pizza came with bacon on it. We called and asked for a replacement. Mind you we ordered an extra large. Upon picking it up. They had made us a personal sized pizza. The size comparison was unmatched! The staff got a great laugh out of the situation as so did we. The pizza was amazing. In lieu of the hiccup, we will be back!

I truly hate to ever complain about food.. tonight we ordered a regular cheese pizza and it arrived very quickly, cold and like it had been sitting for awhile.. on top of being cold it was a very thin crust pizza.. which we didn’t order. And it didn’t have the garlic sauce on the side like it usually does 🙁

I ordered the epic stuffed crust pizza and when it got here the box wasn’t even closed completely. Thr pizza is burnt and there’s like no gooeyness to the little bit of cheese in the crust. Used to be my favorite pizza place. Last 2 times prior my pizza was cold and not fully cooked. When i called and spoke to the manager woth an attitude i get what do you what me to do about it? Like you are the manager you tell me. I think I’ll be finding a new place to order from.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The delivery driver ate half of my pizza. I called to get a refund and all they can do is remake it. All of you need fired. You don’t know what people are going through and now you’re making me walk through the pouring rain/ tornado watch to get what I paid for.

It’s a chain pizza joint. The wife loves it and the kids like it too. The Lower Burrell shop is brand new, much nicer than the old one. Folks working there are awesome. Never mess our orders up and always remember the extra cheese sauces we order.
