If I could give notice stars I would! This had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant! When I tell you from the minute, I pulled up at the speaker to the minute I pulled out of the parking lot. It was a complete disaster then after throwing away $32 worth of food because the girl did something to my food when I called Corporate, they didn’t even help. I will be taking this to social media and I will keep telling people all about this experience until it gets resolved! I am still in complete shock that a company can actually get away with taking somebody’s money getting the food back and not refunding it now wonder why the attitudes were so bad at this store because the corporation is standing behind ugly. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect? My family nor I will NEVER go back to this location let alone this concept. I hate to admit, however this has forever traumatized me to where I will never look at this company the same.

Just had the most pleasant experience at the drive thru. The two staff who helped us were extremely pleasant and the person in front of us had paid for our meal when we got to the window. I could tell the employee thought it was as nice as we did.

Great place for a quick meal with fast service. North Hills is NOT my spot. The younger folks there stay on their phones and customer service sucks.. Rap videos abound. Hit up another local. Sorry but management needs to re-vamp their training program.

This was my second attempt to place a mobile pickup order. Both times I ordered on line from home and drove the 7 minutes to the restaurant. Not only was the order not ready and in the designated Quick Piickup Box either time but I waited over 5 minutes at the front cash register for someone to wait on me (the only person in the store). Employees passed me the entire time and didn’t acknowledge my presence at the register in the lobby. Hard to tell how long I would have had to stand there if I hadn’t finally spoke up.

KFC food is always good however lover the drive-through service wrap service rap was extremely rude and impatient. I understand they might be under staff but however when it comes about dinner time you know to have a certain amount of food already prepped up none because dinner is always busy no matter what day of the week it is and no matter what the restaurant is. We were only doing our job, picking up a delivery order and what we get at the window is cursing about ” it’s ten minutes to closing and we’re putting everything the *** up.” (So? Your not closed yet) But they already had the order ready so I’m not sure why the cursing and rudeness was necessary? We’re just doing our job so do yours.

The absolute worst KFC I’ve ever visited. They are always out of crispy chicken, 4 times in a row, on random occasions, I’ve gone there and they were out. The time before that, I ordered a crispy meal, got home, and it was all original! I usually don’t complain, but clearly, the owner of this restaurant does not read the reviews.
