We ordered via Phone call, the girl told us 15 to 20 minutes. When we got there they have no order for us. They offered to remake order but never even tried to comp for their mishap, so we placed order again and now we have 30 to 40 minutes wait longer instead of 15 to 20. The employee woman was screaming n cussing something about dispatch and the other employees as the rest of the other employees were standing around posted up on their phones

I haven’t had any complaints about this pizza hut in a long time. I always get our food fast and hot. The little women working the window is always very nice and takes her time to welcome you and thank you. The other woman that’s blonde who sometimes works the window never takes the time to even crack a smile. It’s name,money,here’s your food.

Was very disappointed with Pizza Hut with their housekeeping. Silverware and trash all over the floor. I’ve been going there for many years and I have never seen it like that. Most people don’t want to eat in a place that has trash all over the floor. Makes you wonder, do they keep their own homes this way!

One of the absolute worst places to get delivery or carry-out. They really don’t care. They can have no one in the store or drive thru and they will have you sit there for 15-20 mins while they carry on conversations, before they even come to the window. Or they will have you waste your entire lunch break without notification of not having a delivery driver, and when you call they tell you to cancel or pickup. When you question them they get hateful and hang up on you. So sad that they can’t hire good workers. When I worked at these places I never would have done anything like this.
