Ordered pizza and wings. Received pizza and brownie. They offered to bring the wings out in about 10 minutes but the pizza was already just lukewarm and I indicated that we preferred to get the entire order remade since we like to eat wings WITH the pizza and didn’t want to let the pizza get even more cold while waiting in the wings to arrive. The self-described shift lead was very argumentative and refused to consider my request. I asked for someone else and he put a woman on the phone who said she was what sounds like a manager. She also refused to consider my request, so I asked that they cancel and refund the entire order and come pick it up. She said she was doing the cancellation/refund but didn’t want to pick up the incorrect order. So we’re eating lukewarm pizza and no wings.

Never eaten here and came in with 0 expectations. I ordered a 6″ cheese steak and medium thin crust extra cheese pie. The pizza itself was pretty solid and a nice change from the usual big name chains.

I love love love this pizza. I am a picky eater especially when it comes to pizza. I build my pizza because I don’t eat pork but I’ve ordered twice from this location in Las Vegas and they have not let me down. The only other thing happened this time was there was barely any beef on it as you can see in the pic, but I wasn’t tripping about that too much because I’m trying to get to the point of not having any meat on my pizza. I took a picture of the pizza, so people can see how good it looks before trying this establishment.

This was our third time ordering with them. First two times were alright but today we ordered the same thing as always and it came stale. Literally looks and tastes like a little ceasers pizza big costs $18 each instead of 5$. It wasn’t even hot when delivered it was just warm, cheese was settled and it was thinner than normal. If it weren’t for the box you would think it was little ceasers. We won’t be ordering again as it’s just not worth the money.

Love this location! The food is always perfect. The delivery is fast and times are always accurate. When picking up, the order is always ready and hot. The quality is consistent and that’s a most important factor. Have never dined in so can’t comment on that.

I go to this location at least 1x a month if not more. Never had any problems. Today was a quick, I’m not cooking dinner kinda night. I grabbed my son with no shoes and put him in the car to grab Pizza. Thinking this will be a quick in n out. I forget my mask, along with our jackets. When I get there, I was asked to wait outside because I did not have a mask. I said Yah, no problem. And started to walk back out the door. The guy in front of me saw that I was struggling with my toddler. He offered to pay for my meal. Before I could say anything, Devon, behind the counter said “No, that’s okay”. I proceeded to say No, as I was walking out the door because I could pay for my meal. He insisted. Devon behind the counter started to “look up” my order, then says “Sorry, I cant find her order”.
