This is such a hidden gem for BBQ in this area. This is one of my favorite places to eat here in Kerville. The BBQ is seriously some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The Meat is always so Juicy and never dry. My sandwich is always good and our sides are always perfect. We have stopped here on our last trip 4 times and we’ll stop here before we leave. The customer service is always great super nice staff. The prices for the food are very reasonable and not expensive. Overall great food and would highly recommend.

Solid BBQ joint, good hamburgers. Could do without their unfortunate motto (“Nobody beats our meat”)…ya know, not pleasant imagery before you eat. Not a big deal but just dumb. Brisket grilled cheese was good but could have used more meat and another order had fatty meat. That said, lunch special was only ten bucks with drink and pinto beans were excellent. Check it out.

Burgers were tasty and the fries were those thin fries that still have the skin on… I can’t remember the name of those types, but they were really good… And I usually don’t eat fries.

Went on a Friday and tried the daily special… pulled pork sandwich, side and a drink and second special was grilled cheese with brisket. We ordered both and both sandwiches were delicious! See pics. We also tried the potato salad, cream corn, mac and cheese… all the sides were great too! We would recommend all of these menu items!

Staff was nice, atmosphere was fine but even Bill Miller’s has better brisket. The sausage isn’t even made in house they said…and wow…you had to work to get the meat off those ribs. Not sure where the 4.4 rating came from for this place. Maybe breakfast is better?

Cool place, very clean and staff is very friendly. Not sure about the other items on their menu but the BBQ is not very good. Brisket was very dry and didn’t have much flavor. Definitely didn’t taste or look like it was even smoked. Ribs and sausage were decent.

This is exactly what I expect from Texas BBQ. First, Tiara was a pleasure and wonderful in her role with customers. She greeted and welcomed me and helped me decide on dinner. She promised I would not be disappointed in the brisket or chicken. She was 100% correct. Both had a great flavor, the brisket pulled apart perfectly, and the chicken had an excellent dry rub. I also ordered pinto beans, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the potato salad, which was exactly how I like it. I ordered the cobbler made in house and took it with me for later. I am looking forward to that treat. I would say from customer service to the pitmaster, this place has it going on.

Just had the 3 meat BBQ plate. Everything was delicious. Had the potato salad and pinto beans. The brisket was tender and potato salad made just right. And the atmosphere is very welcoming. I will be going back.
