Ordered takeout at 4:30 PM on Friday for a 7:30 PM pickup. Waited outside the restaurant in the cold until 9:20 before I got our food, with no compensation and very little and poor communication other than frequent apologies. The food was good (soups and fried rice were great, since they were likely prepared ahead of time, but entrees seemed hastily thrown together to get orders out the door faster). Restaurant called at 8 PM saying pickups were running 30 min behind schedule – which was clearly not true, as it was another hour and 15 minutes from the time the order was placed. Lots of others had the same experience waiting outside – they really need to get a better handle on their ordering system.

Wonton soup was so spicy, couldn’t eat it. Chicken wings overcooked. Ribs were awful. Steamed wontons were ok.
