We went for the famous Reuben sandwich we were very disappointed that the sandwich was shrunk down to about one-third what it used to be. Same price small sandwich. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was mediocre.

I absolutely love this place! They have the BEST grilled cheese and sweet potatoe fries!! We were able to get seated quickly and drinks arrived promptly; however it took much longer than expected to get our food. That was the only disappointing part of the meal. Food was fantastic, our waitress was very kind and didn’t bother us frequently. Atmosphere is cozy. It’s a must try kind of place!

My husband and I hadn’t been here since before the pandemic. We had only a short wait before being seated. My husband had the shrimp dinner. I order the country fried steak dinner. We got our money’s worth, that’s for sure. The food was delicious and we had enough leftovers for the next day. The wait staff took great care of us too. Oh!!! And we got pie to take home (coconut and a chocolate cream).

We went there on Easter Sunday. We found the staff to be very hospitable, very accommodating. The actual food however was very lackluster. It looked like it had been set out for quite a while the chicken was dry just nothing remarkable about the food. The cost was over $50 for my wife and I because we did want to tip the help… ($20/plate).
