Not sure where they got the pictures of the onion rings but that was not what I was served today. I ordered because of the picture and received frozen unseasoned onion rings. All the other food was great though. Great seasoning on the Cajun Xtra Spicy.

They gave me gray spoiled crab legs. I sent it back & since I unknowingly already ate half they wanted me to pay for it. I refused, & the sweet waitress was going to have to pay for it(even though it had nothing to do with her). I paid for it & tipped her very well. Wonderful server, terrible management. Will not be returning to this location!

Every time I a call to place an order there’s this lady who always seems to be rude all the time this isn’t the first time. She always catches an attitude and always seems to have a bad day. She’s the tall one with the glasses and then the other one she hangs out with just always rude then when I went in the get my food she’s even more rude and gives me the receipt aggressive.

Deangelo was a 5 star server! He was busy, so we had a little wait, but when he got to us…. he got to us! We were in and out. All the food was hot and GOOD, plus service with a smile. We’ll be back again when we visit.

This place needs to work on good customer service the wait staff is so freaking horrible I didn’t want to get my food but I was hungry why would you slam my Order down and frown your face at me does it hurt to smile and greet your customers I will never come back there this might be something petty but times are different when I was in that same situation you were taught to greet and be polite to your customers

The seafood was just average and borderline salty but the overall service from the staff was down right atrocious!! I placed an order an hour and 45 minutes before closing, and just sensed an overall attitude the entire time I was communicating my order. Before the young woman got off the phone, and immediately after I finish, saying, the last part of my order, her exact words were “come get your food, we about to close”!! I don’t even think that she was finished ringing the order in before she blurted that out, and I was instantly taken back by the unprovoked terrible attitude. Upon arriving, there was a discrepancy with the pricing and was much higher than initially quoted, so we asked for clarification as to the difference in the price just to get a clear understanding and already treading lightly because the initial contact. It was a gentleman assisting us when a young woman came over and shoot him away with her hand, print it off the receipt and slammed it on the counter and said there’s the receipt you can look at it yourself.. no I can see if we had an attitude with her from the start, but we were literally just coming to pick up our order after work, and this is what we received on the phone and then walked into. There was no people in the restaurant to excuse the behavior on it being terribly busy. The professionalism was out the window, and it was utterly disgusting.
