They never get it right. Seriously. If you’re not messing up how I’ve ordered and paid for my food, you don’t know ow how to cut anything properly so that it doesn’t go all over my car when trying to eat it. Smh. You didn’t even try….. So messy it all fell out, both of them, then I had nothing to eat.

It was just before 6:30 pm and there were a total of 4 people waiting for food. 1 of them was a to-go order. One other person ordered food after me. 20 minutes to get my order of 3 crispy tacos, a bean burrito and an order of cinnamon bites. Unbelievable. This is supposed to be fast food. If I wanted to wait this long I’d have gone to a regular sit down restaurant. I looked and there was nobody in the drive thru. The guy behind me just got his order before me. What a joke. Waste your money elsewhere.

Traveling for work from Ky, and our hotel is Avid next to this location. We got here at 11pm with a truck and 43ft trailer… they had the lobby closed, and then wouldn’t take a walk up order… our only solution was to unhook the trailer across the street to be able to get dinner after a long day of driving. Will never eat here again. Lady at the window said she was a manager, heavy set girl with braces as she didn’t have a name tag on.. probably because she has been the rudest fast food manager I have ever came across.

As a third shifter I try to keep to a off shift schedule on the weekends and since this location is open 24 hours I’m there frequently at 2-4am on the weekends. The late night staff at this location is awesome. Always friendly, quick, and accurate. I always get my correct order fresh with a smile. Would recommend.

Food was great, highly recommend getting the grilled cheese burrito. We went through the drive thru and got a few different things. Grilled cheese burrito, quesoritos, and the cheesy fiesta potatoes. All of which were good. The girl at the window was very kind and helpful.
